Bella's notes: Our Relax and Release Pillow Sleep Mist is especially designed for those busy, active days when you need help drifting off into a deep, dreamless slumber. This delightful blend of 100% essential oils is perfect for moments when you're feeling anxious or need to unwind before bed.

The three hero notes within our Relax and Release Sleep Mist are Marjoram, Nutmeg, and Lavender. Marjoram, a relative of Oregano, has a wonderfully calming and sedative effect on both mind and body. I love how the warm, woody aroma blends with the tension-releasing effects of Nutmeg, which layers beautifully with the deeply relaxing Lavender - all working together to aid in sleep.

How to Use: To use, simply spritz lightly over your pillow before bedtime. Lie back, take deep, calming breaths, and let the blend of Marjoram, Nutmeg, and Lavender envelop your senses, guiding you into a peaceful and restorative sleep.
