• What are your in store opening hours?

We are open May - September, Sunday - Thursday 10am - 5pm at Helmingham Hall Gardens.

• Can you visit the shops for free?

Yes, you can visit the courtyard shops and Wright's cafe for free. There is free parking on site, admission ticket is needed for entry to the gardens at Helmingham Hall. (Excludes event days, where online booking is advised)

• Are dogs allowed? 

Yes, we love to meet your furry friends. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome throughout Helmingham Hall Gardens, including in store.

• Can I collect an online order in store? 

During our bricks and mortar store opening season (May - September) you can click and collect your order. Simply place your order online, and we'll let you know when it's ready to collect.
