DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched within 2 - 4 business day, excluding made to order items which can take up to 14 days turn around.

All orders will be posted with Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.50 for UK mainland delivery.

We are only able to post to the UK at the moment.

RETURNS

In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

If you wish to return an item you must email us at info@thrivelifestylestore.co.uk within 28 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it in and in its original packaging. You must have proof of purchase.

The customer will be responsible for return postage and must make sure to have proof of postage. We recommend using tracked or signed for services.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

PACKAGING

We endeavour to reuse and recycle where we can, so occasionally your parcels might not look the prettiest on the outside, but it's what's inside that counts. We use recyclable packaging, however if you receive any bubblewrap or plastic packaging from us please know it's been recycled from another delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE GOODS

We are unable to accept returns of the following products:

Perishable goods, including food.

Personal care products including earrings and beauty products.

Personalised or made to order items.

WORKSHOP AND EVENT REFUNDS

Our workshop tickets are non-refundable. Hosting these events takes a lot of time and effort from both the store and the artists, unfortunately we are unable to refund if you have made a booking you can no longer attend.

You can pass you ticket on to a friend or family member and let us know of the change of booking by emailing info@thrivelifestylestore.co.uk

If you're unable to make the event, please let us know. If it is in good time we will also advertise and attempt to fill the space for you.
