Delivery & Returns


All orders will be dispatched within 2 - 4 business day, excluding made to order items which can take up to 14 days turn around.

All orders will be posted with Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.50 for UK mainland delivery.

We are only able to post to the UK at the moment.

During our store open season, May - September, you can click and collect your order in store. You will be able to select this option at the checkout when available and you will be sent collection hours when an order is placed.


In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

If you wish to return an items you must email us at within 28 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it in and in its original packaging. You must have proof of purchase.

The customer will be responsible for return postage and must make sure to have proof of postage.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-returnable goods

We are unable to accept returns of the following products:

Perishable goods, including food.

Personal care products including earrings and beauty products.

Personalised or made to order items.
